Biography
I’m a personal injury lawyer based in Dallas–Fort Worth and the owner of The Law Office of Jonathan Hwang. I represent injured clients in car accidents, truck accidents, commercial vehicle crashes, rideshare accidents, drunk-driving collisions, motorcycle accidents, and premises liability cases throughout Texas. My practice focuses on helping injury victims recover medical expenses, lost wages, and full compensation for their pain and suffering.
I handle every case personally from start to finish. Clients work directly with me — not legal assistants or case managers. I keep a focused caseload so I can thoroughly review medical records, billing, liability evidence, crash reports, and insurance coverage to put each claim in the strongest position for settlement or litigation. My approach is straightforward: clear communication, aggressive negotiation, and meticulous preparation.
Insurance companies know I prepare every claim like it may go to court. When needed, I file suit and pursue depositions, discovery, motions, and trial preparation to protect my clients’ rights. My goal in every case is the same: maximize recovery while maintaining complete compliance with legal and ethical standards.
