Hasan Alaz

Hasan Alaz is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Alaz Law Firm, PLLC, based in Allen, Texas. With nearly 20 years of legal experience, he advises entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and families on U.S. immigration, business, and estate planning matters.

Licensed in Texas, Missouri, and Turkey, Mr. Alaz offers clients a unique combination of U.S. and international legal experience. He has maintained an approval rate of over 98% in petitions filed with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), reflecting a strong commitment to thorough preparation and strategic case management.

Mr. Alaz represents clients in a broad range of employment- and investment-based immigration matters, including E-2 Treaty Investor Visas, L-1 Intracompany Transfer Visas, O-1 Extraordinary Ability Visas, EB-1A Extraordinary Ability petitions, and National Interest Waiver (NIW) cases. He also assists families with marriage-based green cards, adjustment of status, I-130 petitions, and K-1 fiancée visas.

In addition to immigration law, Mr. Alaz advises domestic and international clients on U.S. business law, including company formation, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions.
