Biography
Lindsey Mears is the owner and founder of Lindsey Mears, PLLC. Ms. Mears focuses her practice on wills, trusts, probate,estate planning and uncontested divorce.
It is the mission of Lindsey Mears, PLLC to ensure that all clients who have estate planning needs gets the access they need to an attorney even if getting out to see an attorney is physically challenging. Thus, Lindsey Mears, PLLC offers mobile estate planning services where client meetings can be done in the comfort of your own home, retirement community or rehabilitation facility.
Lindsey earned her law degree from Florida International University College of Law where she graduated with honors. During law school, she served as a comments and articles editor for the FIU Law Review and served as an intern for the Honorable Robin S. Rosenbaum in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Prior to attending law school, Lindsey earned her MBA from Texas Tech University. Ms. Mears received her bachelor’s degree in Sport Psychology from Berry College where she was a member of the women’s soccer team.
Ms. Mears is currently licensed to practice law in Texas and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
