well presented, up front with great advise whether good or bad, of course its your choice on if u wana plea or go to trial....was always there when needed, great payment plan.... I've used him twice & was treated just as good as the 1st time... slap on the hand with the 1st case which of course was m...y fault & without him being so good at what he does it would of cost me more $$$ court cost & fines & or jail time... 2n time i used him he got me a dismissal because of how hard he works the prosecutors... he knows what he is doing....i will use him again if need be & will recommend to any & everyone.... thanks Gill

I gave this man a $10,000 retainer to handle my child custody case. In over 8 months he still couldn't get us a hearing. My Ex is a drug addict and her lawyer pulled a few strings and got a hearing in less than 48 hours. Mr. De la Garza came in completely unprepared and managed to anger the judge ...and she ruled to have my kids taken from me. My Ex had a positive drug screen and he failed to even mention this at the hearing. It has taken months of hearings and over $150,000 in legal bills to clean up the mess he made. My kids are now safe in my custody and doing great. So glad I got a real lawyer. Stay away from this fool.
