Other than adoption the only way to bring her here is through an employer or family member who sponsors her

Your employer is in violation of its obligations under hte temrs of the H1B visa. That being said, you would need ot find a new employer first...

it seems that USCIS wants you to submit additional evidence ot establish your marriage is in good faith. You cannot file a suit against USCIS but...
