You have abandoned your h4 application by leaving the country after it was filed but before it was approved. You need to file a new h4 application...

Your employer can sponsor you for a green card and your h1b can be extended beyond 6 years if you have an approved i140. Hire am attorney to assist...

You can file as soon as you gave a divorce decree. You do not gave to wait the full 2 years. You just have to have proof of a good faith marriage...

As previously answered an application won't effect anything. However if you had entered under ESTA that would cancel the F1
