My I 140 was approved on 14th May 2012. My H1b Visa is valid upto 11 May 2013.
What are my possiblity of Getting H1B extension.

You can extend your H1B beyond six years if you have na approved I140

You have to be outside the US for 1 year to qualify for a 6 year H1B but oyu can use any remaining portion you have
