You will have to apply for a reenetry permit before oyu leave. If you have the reentry permit you will not lose oyur green card

Once you are married your wife csan apply for you and file a waiver on oyur behalf. Consult an immigration attorney, waivers are complicated

Get a civil mariage and file the relevant paers in the US. She will get work authorization in approximately 3 months and her green card in 6-8 months
