Depends on why they were sent back to you. If it was because it was sent to wrong address make sure all supporting documents are there.

USCIS has access to all court documents. What are the charges? Even if a US Citizen your fiancees visa may be denied pursuant to the Adam Walsh Act

You may qualify for 1 year of L1A status. Consult with an immigration attorney ot see if you qualify

If oyur husband applies for federal benefits and cannot show he can sponsor you it could effect your green card application adversely.
