Probably not as I assume it was a misdemeanor. it will also depend on whether this was the only crime you have committed.

YOUR i94 WILL BE VALID UNTIL YOUR H1b VISA EXPIRES-Dec 2012. The new I797 is not a visa and you will have to go to the US consulate to have a new...

Yes based on your I94 it will be valid until the I94 expires.. However, EAD are usually issued for 1 year.
