You can look at AILA.Org for attorneys. I recommend Carl Shusterman in the LA area. He is a Superlawyer and used ot work for USCIS. his website...

it takes approximately 6 months from filing to get a green card based on marriage maybe less. You can get married in court and od the ceremony later.
Minor Domestic violence case was expunged 10 years ago. Should this be mentioned in I-485 interview ? Background check is clear.

You must disclose all criminal convictions even ones htat have been expunged and make sure oyu correct the i485 to reflect these crimes if you did...
