Are you a Canadian Citizen? There is always a risk applying at a third country. You could potentially enter on a multiple entry visa

Continue working for company c. Your H1B is not valid unless you are working for the employer.

Once your parents get their visas they can sponsor you for permanent residency if you will be under 21
