You cannot lose your citizenship. You can file an I130 for oyur husband and consular process his green card. You can register your child's birth...

Unless you have an approved i131 or green card if you travel before your green card is approved your entire application will be deeemed abandoned

This will be a tough case. Immigration reform has not been passed yet. Consult an attorney to determine if a 601 hardship waiver is a viable option

The best choice would be through your mom. if they are under 21 the wait time is about 2 years and if they are over 21 and unmarried it is about 5...
