You can file the i751 application now on your own but submit proof that the marriage was in gOod faith and provide your divorce decree

You will need to get an H1! Visa stamped in your passport at the US Consulate in order to reenter the US

It won't effect your green card as long as you have other evidence of a good faith marriage including evidence of regular trips to see each other
