So my H1-B expired yesterday, 3/9/13 and I'll be leaving the US on Tuesday. Would I be in breach of my teaching contract?

You cannot work lawfully if your visa has expired. However; you still may be in breach of your contract depending on its terms.

You can only apply for the TN visa if you are a mexican or canadian citizen. There is no cap or six year time limit on a tn visa

You can file the -751 without your ex husband but must provide the divorce decree and evidence that the terminated marriage was in good faith.
