You can file for him but would have to file a provisional waiver of his time here unlawfully. Consult an experienced attorney to advise you.

As long as your O visas are valid and you have not filed for adjustment you can reenter the USA

If your wife is going to go through the process in Nigeria you do not need an I485. I recommend you hire an attorney. The process is complicated.

It may. If you have less than 5 years work experience you can only apply in the EB2 green card category if you have a masters. The EB2 category...
