Yes you can. Attach receipt notices for 485 and I130. However if the 485 is denied you will be out of status

You can't change from L1 to L2 unless your husband is in L1 status.

I got my H1B approved. But the Job Title and SOC Occupation Job Title in LCA is not correct. Please let me know what to be done.

Time of consular processing depends where she is from. Generally a year if i130 has not been filed yet.
