You must disclose this as USCIS has records of this. Failing to disclose May result in a denial of your petition
With regard to an I751 application, is an IRS transcript sufficient or do we really NEED to submit all W2s and 1099s?

The tax transcript should be fine but try get a copy from his employer. They will have a copy or can obtain 1 from their accountant
