You can come back on your h1b as long as you are still employed by your employer and have a letter from employer confirming employment

I just checked my mothers I 130 is approved but I 485 is denied and also her travel document is approved. I dont get that.

Wait to get the hard copy denial to see the reason. I have had online say denied and then receive an approval notice. She should not travel though...
