You should withdraw your h4 unless it has an end date before October 1 but then you will be out of status

I am not sure what you are asking. You can visit your family once you have a Green card and you can sponsor them for green cards

You can only do an internship pursuant to your J-1 visa for the host company. If you change companies you will need to get the J1 sponsor's approval.
