Biography
I am board certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
My commercial real estate experience includes representation of property owners, developers and lenders in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of both improved and unimproved real property. My experience in residential real estate includes, among other things, the formation, management and operation of homeowner's associations and condominium associations, as well as the representation of builders and homeowners in the construction of custom homes. I have also successfuly represented clients in the acquisition, financing and disposition of improved and unimproved properties throughout the United States, as well as Mexico and abroad.
I am also a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Plano Metro Rotary Club. I have previously served as President of the Plano Metro Rotary Club and the Springhill Estates Homeowner's Assocation. I was born in Mesquite, Texas in 1962, and presently reside in Parker, Texas.
