He got me 4yrs probation while already on parole...im on parole for 4 years and got arrested for poss<1g...my parole did not get violated and James Roberts was able to get me probation for the poss charge...no jail time..I highly recommend Mr. Roberts he really cares about whats going on with you and... fights for you...

The title pretty much sums it up for me! Mr. James was definitely heaven sent. I looked through tons of sites of lawyers and was given an array of fees, some out of this world, and promises that I will be able to get off of probation for a felony DWI. Just to have a clue of what I was getting my... self in, I did some research. Mothers against drunk driving organizations are very prevalent all through out Texas. There isn't getting off the probation. So I was thinking to myself, why would I pay an arm and a leg for false promises. So I was back to square one. I then inputed my information and shortly after I received a message stating that he was a friend of my judge and know for sure I won't be able to get of early , but on the bright side may be able to get the conditions modified. Finally, someone who "kept it real" and honest. I hired Mr. James and no time ( right at 2 weeks) I was given a date for my hearing. Yesterday, I went before the judge not knowing what to expect. Not even a good 15 minutes later, all fees for the remainder of my probation (2 years) waived, released from in home device of known as the infamous breathlyzer i had to blow in 3 times a day since 8/4/2014, and was noted I could also do the mail in reporting. I can say Mr James and Rebecka (his fellow Lawyer who stood in his place yesterday) went above and beyond for me. I couldn't ask for anything better!! I have them on speed dial just incase anyone needs them!
