Estate planning attorney

We wanted a complete set of estate planning documents completed. We read many reviews and websites looking for the right attorney to help us. Kind and knowledgeable.

Having previously written wills, etcfor my husband and me, following my husbands passing he kindly met with me about filing probate and what it involved. With no rush or clock-watching I felt he really cared and he has proceeded with timely action and communication.

Great Experience

Very professional, prompt, transparent, and courteous

I hired Arthur and his firm to prepare documents for my estate planning. Overall I am very pleased with everything I received, from Arthur's professionalism to the deliverable itself. After a positive interview, he sent across an engagement letter and information request list/questionnaire, and we began work. Very Pleased!

Mr. Geffen is definitely the person to hire if you are uncertain about retaining an attorney. He helped us with our Warranty Deed questions and took time out to LISTEN AND HELP us with something we were very confused about. He didn't rush us and/or push us to hire him. He was very patient with ALL my questions and helped ease the confusion. We are very pleased and feel comfortable with our choice.

Will, Trust,Power of Attorney

I went to Arthur to have a will done. Never had one before and did not know where to start. Arthur was patient and explained things to me in a way I could understand. The process was faster and a lot smother than I could have imagined. I would recommend Arthur to anyone that needs to have anything like this done for piece of mind and to have it done your way. Excellent Attorney!!!

I really can't say enough good things about Arthur and his commitment to his job and to his clients. Arthur handled a complex probate case for me and did an excellent job. His experience and knowledge, especially in regards to mediation were top notch. Even though it took a lot more work than I initially thought it would, he was there throughout the whole process. One of the things I appreciated the most is that he always keeps the line of communication open and provides updates- and always returns phone calls and e-mails. The best thing about Arthur is that he really cares about his clients and is very compassionate, while also setting realistic expectations.

Outstanding

Probate

Arthur helped me in executing a probate for my father's property. He explained all steps of the process, gave me a timeline, and explained any possible hiccups we could face. He carried out all legal steps in a very timely manner. The only limiting step was waiting on the county courts to make a decision. I would highly recommend Arthur for any related legal work.

Life Estate

I was recently diagnosed with cancer and was given 90 days to live. Fortunately the treatment was successful, but one thing I did not have to worry about during this difficult time was my legal affairs. Arthur Geffen covered every legal aspect quickly and professionally to ensure that my property and possessions were protected and would be transferred in the most efficient and effective way possible. In addition he was very kind and caring to my family, taking all the time they needed to answer all questions concerning the legal proceedings of the estate.
