Barrett Howard Harris

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! This is the worst firm I have ever delt with! He and his assistant never gave us any documents that the opposing lawyer gave them and then filed child support paperwork without sending it to us to check for errors (which there was over $1000 a month worth of errors) and cl...aiming that the opposing side filled it. When we got the first bill in November it said that Harris drafted and filled the child support order. When I called about it Angela said that they didn't file anything. So after hours of fighting with her to email us all the paperwork from our case sure enough it's right there with Harris' signature right on it with the Adair county clerk's stamp on it! They lie and have totally messed with our livelihood! They have no feelings for how bad they have messed with their own clients! Please Beware!!! After 4 court appearances never seeing the judge. Just the two lawyers going back and forth with Harris lieing to us the whole time, nothing has been resolved! Needless to say he is fired and we have hired someone new!!!
