We are criminal trial attorneys.  We have won numerous not guilty verdicts for past clients! 

Current areas of practice includes ALL areas concerning Divorce such as Child Custody, Asset Division, Alimony, Child Support with representation in District Court and/or Administrative Court with the Dept. of Human Services.  Further areas of practice involving children include Paternity, Adoption, Guardianship, and representation against allegations from Dept. of Human Services and the State of Child Neglect / Child Abuse.  We also represent persons in cases of negligence involving property damage, personal injury, and wrongful death.   

Current areas of practice also include ALL areas concerning Criminal Defense representation through jury trial such as ANY felony cases (such as murder, sex crimes, burglary, robbery, property crimes, DUI, bond hearings etc), ANY misdemeanor cases (such as DUI, domestic abuse, property crimes, etc), ANY traffic offense cases, and ANY juvenile cases with representation in either State District Court and/or Municipal Court.  We also represent persons in expungements (when available) of past criminal cases and case dismissals and litigation related to Drivers License Suspensions / Revocations.        

I currently also serve as a Municipal Judge. 

Prior prosecution experience includes past Assistant Municipal Prosecutor, past Assistant District Attorney, and past Drug Task Force Project Director.  Prior Plaintiff experience and Insurance Defense experience includes litigation involving negligence related to vehicle accidents, municipalities, state entities, railroads, nursing homes, insurance bad faith and churches.
