I would hire an attorney and hire a bonds person to be able to bond out on the warrant. Then I would check in immediately with probation officer...

Order of filing has nothing to do with the merits or evidence needed to prevail. Courts tend to favor joint custody though unless good reason not...

If a child emancipates their self from a parent and the parent passes away does he have any rights to the estate

Being emancipated has nothing to do with your status as an heir so unless excluded in a will, yes

You should hire an attorney for the action but gather paperwork and receipts and contact child support office for documents relating to closure.

Do not speak to police or DHS without a criminal defense attorney. What you say to DHS will be used against you.
