I represented Plaintiff, the Estate of Iwan Hlywa, and we alleged fraud, conversion, undue influence and unjust enrichment against his second wife, Maria Wintoniw. The jury found the following: Mr. H ... lywa's prenuptial agreement was valid; the will and revocation of the prenuptial agreement executed shortly before his death were invalid; Defendant committed fraud and conversion with regard to wire transfers to Ukraine; and Defendant was unjustly enriched at Mr. Hlywa's expense. The jury also found that Mr. Hlywa's execution of deeds shortly before his death was the result of fraud by Defendant.
