My client was charged with three counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the 1st degree. All life offenses. The complaining witness alleged that my client's demeanor changed after luring her to a seclud ... ed area in a hotel late one night. My client and the complaining witnesses friends told a much different story that allowed the jury to come to a unanimous verdict of Not Guilty on all three counts. My client was looking at a minimum of 25 years in prison if found guilty of only one count. The prosecutor made an offer that would have included approximately 13 years in prison.

Client was charged with Aggravated Stalking of a former intimate partner. Client had plead to two prior instances and was facing a lengthy jail term. After extensive investigation it appeared the "vi ... ctim" was playing games with my client. The prosecutor dismissed the charges before trial.
