OUTCOME: Victory for non custodial father / client.

Non-custodial father fell victim for mother's long standing scheme to alienate him from their child. On behalf of the father, we filed an appropriate motion in Michigan asking the court to end mother's ... games. After trial, the court significantly reigned in the mother, ordered counseling and ordered that the counselor address the parental alienation perpetrated by mother. The judge also added significant parenting time for the non custodial father.
