Divorce action that was taken to the Michigan Court of Appeals. Our client, the FATHER, was awarded sole legal and sole physical custody of the minor children. We argued also that the Court could f ... orce the mother to file a joint tax return, and the Court of Appeals agreed. MOTHER requested spousal support after about 10 years of marriage where she was a stay at home mom and dad was a federal agent. We also won on the issue against mother getting ANY support, and she was required to pay child support.
