Father (my client) v. Mother (we can't disclose names)
Dec 20, 2024OUTCOME: Father got primary custody of the daughters and now receives child support from Mother.
Father and Mother were divorced 7 years ago. Father had parenting time, but Mother was the primary custodian for the two daughters. Last year (2023), Mother decided that she wanted to live with her boy ... friend and her two daughters. Mother agreed that the daughters could stay with Father until further notice, but not Order was entered changing the custody. Life was much better for the daughters with the Father. The Father was the better and more stable parent. Mother wanted the daughters to return to her. Father did not agree to return the daughters to Mother
