also known as Whitney Bowman, Whitney Webb
I am an Oklahoma immigration attorney and the founder of Bowman Webb Law, where I represent individuals and families in immigration matters throughout the United States and abroad.
A native of the Tulsa area, I graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a minor in Political Science. I earned my Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 2013. My work in immigration law began while I was still in law school through the Boesche Legal Clinic. After becoming an attorney, I completed a two-year legal fellowship with the Tulsa Immigrant Resource Network, representing immigrant families and individuals who otherwise faced significant barriers to obtaining legal representation.
I founded Bowman Webb Law in 2015 and have continued representing immigration clients ever since. My practice includes humanitarian immigration, U visas, T visas, VAWA self-petitions, family-based immigration, adjustment of status, consular processing, waivers of inadmissibility, naturalization and citizenship, Special Immigrant Juvenile petitions, removal of conditions, employment authorization, and matters involving long-pending or complicated USCIS cases.
A significant part of my career has been devoted to representing survivors of domestic violence and victims of crime. My legal experience has also included family law, criminal defense, juvenile proceedings, municipal and traffic matters, and other Oklahoma court proceedings. That broader legal background helps me recognize issues that extend beyond immigration and is particularly valuable when immigration cases intersect with domestic violence, criminal allegations, law enforcement, protective orders, or other legal proceedings.
I believe effective legal representation requires more than preparing forms. I work directly with my clients throughout their cases, taking the time to understand their circumstances, explain the process clearly, prepare their cases carefully, and find practical solutions when complications arise. Many of my clients return years later for additional immigration matters or refer their friends and family to me, and those long-term relationships are an important part of my practice.
I also believe quality legal representation should be accessible. While I charge for my legal services, I understand that many individuals and families seeking immigration relief are facing financial hardship. I offer flexible payment arrangements whenever possible and work with clients when circumstances make it difficult to remain on a rigid payment schedule. When a case is otherwise ready to file and the required government filing fee or an available fee waiver is in place, I do not unnecessarily delay filing solely because a client has fallen behind on payments. My goal is to help people move forward with their lives, not create additional obstacles.

Big firm service small firm cost
Whitney made possible what I never thought would be. I was really traumatized after what happened to me and when I was told by local domestic violence organizations about her low fees and payment plans I was sure it was a gimmick. But she made sure to put my mind at ease over and over again. Her kind...
Thank you so much, Juanita! It was such a pleasure to work with you!
"Whitney is well known for her immigration practice. Our firm called on her skills to translate some legal documents into Spanish for one of our clients. Her work was precise, performed quickly, and she charged a reasonable rate. Whitney is easy to work with and cares about her work."
