Over the last few years, I have listened intently to my clients.
I've concentrated my practice on helping the Hispanic community although people of every ethnicity shared the same concerns. They wanted their attorney to treat them as an individual and not as a number. They asked for direct contact and communication with their attorney and not an assistant or receptionist. Each wanted to be treated fairly, with dignity and respect.
I listened to their concerns and decided that the best way to treat my clients as they deserved to be treated AND to deliver the quality of legal services that our profession requires would be to open The Law Office of Alberto Franco.
