Was VERY unprofessional with myself & my parents. Disrespectful & did not do me any good. We paid him on a Friday & asked that he not cash the check until Monday when there would be money in the bank to cover it. He assured us that he'd wait, but cashed it an hour later sending us into an overdraft o...f $400. He got me an an awful plea deal. Plead me to a class C felony, 3 years felony probation, over $4,000 in fines, & two NA meetings a week for a year for a JOINT! Less than a gram of marijuana. Other lawyers I've spoken with & even my probation officer said that was absolutely ridiculous. He also did not go over anything I was pleaing to or probation conditions until FIVE MINUTES before I walked into the courtroom. I basically signed my life away with no knowledge of anything. He really screwed me over & charged way too much. DONT HIRE HIM! Unless you want to go to jail.
