Biography
Chase Overstreet is an aggressive Criminal Defense Attorney protecing the constitutional rights of Oklahomans every day. While working at the Tulsa District Attorney's Office as a D.U.I. prosecutor, Chase saw first hand what many people fear, that those charged with a crime are seen as an "account" to be profited from. Chase considers this to be the perverse incentive that is driving unjust action in our Criminal Justice System.
Chase is on a mission to turn jails into schools, thus realizing their original intention as a "Corrections" department. He wants our government to do what others have done successfully by fighting drug use with medical and educational tools rather than expensive police and incarceration tools.
