I used Mary Bundren for my divorce, which was settled at mediation and then again for visitation modification a couple of years later. If I could put 10 stars on here, I would. Let's face it, it is never any fun to go through something like a divorce, but Mary Bundren handled everything beautiful...ly. One of the things I liked, was she was up front on things if she knew it was going to cost a lot more money, she gave me a ballpark of how much time it would take and then options. I felt like it saved me a lot of money, because I was able to decide what to have her spend her time doing on my particular case and not waste my money or time. Mary knows what to do and doesn't drag things out. She is on it and I felt like pushed opposing counsel constantly, which I appreciated since my ex tried to use some high profile lawyer / law firm. She returned my calls, emails and text promptly, which I appreciated! I always felt like I was in the loop and was able to quickly make decisions or had plenty of time to think about things when I needed time. When it came time to be aggresssive and fight for what I needed, Mary was a real pit bull. Don't think for one second that this sweet lady cannot hold her own with any other lawyers. She will give them fits and fight hard for you. I have also turned over a couple of referrals to Mary and they speak just as highly of her. She is exactly what you need & want in a lawyer for your case. Lastly, her office staff is awesome too. It's an all around "top notch" firm.
