On October 2, 2024, Bank of Oklahoma Financial, or BOKF, terminated my employment based on baseless allegations that were discriminatory and illegal, causing harm to my personal health, professional reputation, and ending my 20-year mortgage industry career prematurely. During the October 2, 2024 mee...ting, I informed all parties that the conversation was being recorded due to BOKF's failure to assist me after I filed a complaint against the SVP OF BOKF for retaliation and discrimination. In light of the above, the Human Resources representative declined to provide the reason for my termination and instead presented me with a Settlement Offer, which I rejected on October 09, 2024, and submitted a Counteroffer. On October 15, 2024, I engaged the services of an attorney to assess the counteroffer, as the BOKF Human Resources Representative advised that the original Settlement Offer had to be signed by October 23, 2024, and that failure to receive the signed documents by that date would render the agreement unenforceable. My attorney contacted Erica Dorwart, the FDLaw representative for BOKF. Although FDLaw has refused to provide any updates on the case's status, BOKF initiated deposits into my personal bank accounts, implying acceptance of the Counteroffer. My attorney's efforts to obtain information from FDLaw were unsuccessful. Due to FDLaw's lack of response and unauthorized handling of my personal bank accounts, I requested that my attorney terminate our client relationship on November 29, 2024. On December 02, 2024, my attorney informed Erica that she would no longer be representing me. On December 4, 2024, I contacted Erica via email and provided two options to settle the case without having to file a legal claim to sue, with an ultimate deadline of December 24, 2024, to receive the final pay. As of today, there has been no information provided regarding the unauthorized use of my bank accounts. I require clarification on this matter and demand the final payout immediately. The unprofessional conduct displayed by FDLaw and BOKF is unprecedented. If BOKF and FDLaw continue to violate my rights, I will continue to take action. Also, I need to determine if FDLaw prefers for me to file a lawsuit to address this issue, as I am adamant that I will not be silenced and will not accept less. Thank you. N.N.
