Hello. I'm Dan Nunley and since 1996 I've been helping make life better for good people with serious debt problems. I earned my law degree in 1994 from the University of Tulsa and I'm licensed to practice law in all Oklahoma municipal, state and federal courts. I'm an active member of the Tulsa County and Oklahoma Bar Associations and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
About the firm Law Office of Daniel C. Nunley
If you feel like you’re drowning in debt and you’re considering filing bankruptcy, I am honored that you would consider hiring me as your bankruptcy lawyer. There are many bankruptcy attorneys in Oklahoma so let me briefly explain to you why it would be to your benefit to have me as your lawyer rather than someone else.
If you hire me as your bankruptcy attorney, you’ll get:
I really do understand what you’re going through.
Like you, I am someone who has faced the feelings of shame, guilt, doubt and fear associated with filing bankruptcy. In 2001, due to a combination of unanticipated events, I was facing my very own financial crisis. After trying every other option available to me, I eventually filed bankruptcy.
Because of my own personal experiences in filing bankruptcy, it is easier for me to understand what my clients are feeling and I am better able to help them through the bankruptcy process.
I do everything myself.
When you hire me to be your bankruptcy lawyer, you get me and only me. 100% of the time. Period.
You get me. Not a receptionist. Not a legal assistant. Not a young, inexperienced attorney.
I personally answer and return each and every one of your phone calls.
I personally read and respond to each and every one of your emails.
I personally prepare your bankruptcy documents and file them with the court clerk.
And I will be the one who is with you when it comes time to go to court.
I have the bankruptcy knowledge and experience you want your lawyer to have.
Some lawyers dabble in bankruptcy. Not me.
I’ve represented thousands of Oklahomans in bankruptcy court since 1996 so rest assured that whatever debt problems you are facing, I can help you solve them because I knows bankruptcy law inside and out.
As soon as you hire me, I’ll make sure that the harassing phone calls stop immediately. Not next week or next month.
Each and every one of your creditors and debt collectors will know that I represent you. And if they continue to call, I will sue them in bankruptcy court to make them stop.
So I’m your man if you want a bankruptcy attorney who:

Take your means test first for no costs
I hired Dan as attorney to attain Chapter 7 bankruptcy . He had me meet him at ups store to do initial signing. I gave him 700 down and tried to give my employer check stubs for previous six months but he would no take. He emailed me forms to fill out which were extensive and time consuming. We then ...
Steve first contacted me in May of 2010 regarding a foreclosure defense issue. He retained me, I completed the services for which I was hired in July 2010, and Steve was a satisfied client. Steve contacted me again in October 2013 regarding bankruptcy. He retained me, and over the past six months I devoted 3.3 hours of my time to Steve that included telephone calls, email communication, and in-person visits. When I recently advised Steve that he most likely would not pass the Means Test and therefore would not currently qualify for Chapter 7, he decided on the spot to terminate our attorney-client relationship and requested a refund of his money. He was very unhappy when I advised him that I expected to be paid for the time I had expended and the legal advice I had given. Later he apologized for his reaction and told me that he has a son in law school and he understood that my time and advice was valuable and deserved to be compensated. He then said that he had been aware that his income may have been to high for him to qualify for the Means Test based on our discussions in 2010 and again in October 2013 and that he should have sought a Means Test calculation to make sure he qualified before incurring hours of my time. There are two side to every complaint and poor review.
