Kim Kramer is great. She explained everything carefully. She gave me detailed packets of instructions, just in case I needed directions on the bankruptcy processes, the bankruptcy court, and things that may come up after the bankruptcy. She was kind and understanding. I did not feel like a number. It... was definitely a great relief to have her by my side through the bankruptcy.
