Had me sit in jail for one whole month and said the DA had video evidence of me committing the crime. Was filed as a misdemeanor then changed to a felony? Marty said if I wanted to fight it that I’d have to sit in jail for three more months before the Pre-Trail date then another six months before the... trial starts. Then claimed I’d be found guilty and go to prison for years. He recommended I plead guilty to everything I was charged with so I could get out of jail, so I did. Right after I got out I called him and asked to review our discovery and the “evidence” the DA had, mainly just wanted to see the video that I didn’t think existed cause I didn’t commit this crime. Well it turned out there was no video!! I sat in jail for 30 days with absolutely no evidence against me and this pos Attorney had me plea guilty! I withdrew my plea and was never charged again. You couldn’t pay me to have this incompetent man represent me ever again.
