Five Genesee County Sheriff Deputies used excessive force against Mr. Jennings while he was detained in the Genesee County Jail. He was tasered, pepper sprayed, thrown face first into a a wall while ... handcuffed, and had his head slammed into the floor,. He was then strapped face down in a restraint bed, without being contaminated, with a spit hood over his head and left inside a cell for 2 .5 hours. Jennings mask filled with blood and he struggled to breath the entire time.
