OUTCOME: Drunk Driving charge dismissed

Client had a low breathalyzer rating and good driving record. I argued a technicality that the PBT should be admissible in court due to procedures followed by the police officer. In this instance, the ... PBT was below the limit while according to the breathalyzer, the client was driving drunk. The PBT was ruled admissible and charges against my client were dropped.
