Donelle Holbert Ratheal

With over three decades of experience, Donelle H. Ratheal serves as the senior attorney at Ratheal Family Law, PC, a complex matrimonial and family law litigation firm that practices throughout Central and Western Oklahoma. Donelle is widely respected for her extensive knowledge in family and probate law, as well as her extensive trial and appellate experience. Donelle’s practice areas include contested custody (divorce and paternity), post-decree modification and enforcement, valuation of family-owned businesses, complex asset valuations, grandparent rights, and international domestic relations matters. Donelle’s appellate advocacy has shaped Oklahoma family law jurisprudence. An accomplished Guardian ad Litem, Donelle received the Outstanding Guardian ad Litem Award. She contributed to key family law legal resources, including the Oklahoma Family Law Practice Manual, and serving on the Oklahoma Supreme Court’s Guardian ad Litem manual committee.
