Heir took out a loan on his future inheritance. Personal Representative kept estate open for years and refused to pay the inheritance to pay the loan. Loan institution filed a lien on the heir's inher ... itance. PR still would not pay. Loan institution hired me to get the PR to pay. I filed a petition to force the PR to pay or be removed as PR. Before the hearing the PR decided to pay up.
