Don Michael Haggerty

Consultation first. Had ALL needed info for our meeting. Said he could file our paperwork for an additional $50 since he would not have to do any research. We agreed. We never received paperwork from his filing at county clerks office. Called his office to inquire. Said he mailed original to us and w...e would have to follow up ourselves to get a notarized copy from the clerks office by calling or going there. We do not live in Oklahoma. Not convenient for us. Told him that was what we paid to do. Said we would have to take care of it ourselves since he mailed the original to us. It has been one month and still never received it. They are not interested in doing what they were paid for and very unprofessional about it. He proceeded to hang up on me after I told him we should not have to do this since that was what we paid his office to do. Took our money, we didn't get anything in return. Do not trust Michael Haggerty to fulfill his obligation to you. He should have to refund us our money.
