Bogue hired Stennett to obtain and restore two vintage Boston Whalers, and paid full price. $65K. Stennett did ONE boat, and pocketed the rest, thinking that (a) he could have the liability restricte ... d to his LLC and (b) get a bankruptcy discharge. No so fast. After trial, the judge awarded Bogue $100K, including treble damages and lawyers fees.
