Amir Farzaneh is an accomplished immigration attorney with 20+ years of experience in immigration law. He is also the founder of Farzaneh Law Firm, PC and has become an immigration law authority committed to helping his clients deal with immigration issues from simple to complex.

Mr. Farzaneh is the author of numerous articles including “Your Approach Toward Immigration Law Affects Your Organization’s Performance,” Performance Magazine, Vol. 16, No. 3; “Emerging Trends: Proposed Administrative and Legislative Changes that Could Affect Your Organization,” Immigration Law Update 2007, Council on Education in Management, Amir Farzaneh is also a Co-Author of two books published by Aspatore Books: Inside the Minds: Working with Government Agencies in Immigration Law, and Prep Your Client: Naturalization Interviews with the USCIS.

Mr. Farzaneh is also a frequent speaker on Immigration Law issues, and has served as program co-chair for the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association Annual Spring Conference in 2010. He is also fluent in Farsi.
