I hired this law office to help me through an already stressful bankruptcy process, and instead of getting the support I needed, I was met with disorganization and carelessness at every turn. From the start, I was constantly passed around to different people. I rarely spoke to the same person twice,... which meant I had to repeatedly re-explain my situation with no continuity or accountability. Throughout the entire process, I felt like a burden rather than a client — as if my case was an inconvenience to them. When I did manage to reach someone, I was told how busy they were, as if that was supposed to excuse the lack of attention to my case. At one point, a staff member actually hung up on me, which was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. The most damaging issue, however, was that despite my clear and specific instructions to exclude my car from the bankruptcy filing, they included it anyway. On top of that, they failed to forward important paperwork from my car dealer to me — a critical error that ultimately resulted in my car being repossessed. Losing my vehicle due to their negligence has had a serious impact on my daily life. I trusted this office with one of the most difficult financial situations of my life, and they let me down in every way possible. I would not recommend them to anyone.
