Josh Lee

Attorney Josh A. Lee has dedicated his career to defending people accused of crimes throughout Oklahoma. He earned his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma in 2003 after completing a double major in Political Science and Ancient History at Oklahoma State University. During law school, Josh interned with the Oklahoma County Public Defender’s Office, earning multiple trial advocacy awards, including the American Jurisprudence Award in Trial Practice. He was granted a limited attorney’s license that allowed him to try felony cases before passing the bar.

After graduating, Josh founded Josh Lee & Associates, a private law practice focused primarily on criminal defense in Oklahoma City. Over more than a decade, he has built a reputation as a skilled and dedicated trial lawyer. His firm handles a wide range of cases, including DUI defense, drug offenses, white-collar crimes, probation and parole matters, expungements, personal injury, auto accidents, and family law.

Josh regularly appears in both state and federal courts throughout Oklahoma, defending clients against charges ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies. He is Lead Counsel Rated in Criminal Law and known for providing direct communication, honest advice, and strong courtroom advocacy.

Beyond criminal defense, Josh also represents inmates before the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board, assisting with pardons, paroles, and commutations. He is admitted to practice in Oklahoma state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. Josh stays current on evolving laws through continuing legal education and national defense seminars and holds certification in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing through the NHTSA/IACP Practitioner Course.
