David Colby Addison

D. Colby Addison represents injury victims, employees, and individuals whose civil rights have been violated throughout Oklahoma. He also serves as outside general counsel for tribal governments and tribal enterprises.

Colby founded Addison Law Firm after witnessing employers violate the legal rights of hardworking Oklahomans. He earned both his B.S. and J.D. from the University of Oklahoma, where he served on the Oklahoma Law Review. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers as one of the top-rated attorneys in the nation.

Before founding his own firm, Colby gained years of litigation and trial experience at an Oklahoma City law firm. He is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and the Oklahoma Employment Lawyers Association.

Outside of law, Colby has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2008. He served as a project manager with the American Red Cross during the May 2013 tornadoes and has spent hundreds of hours on disaster preparedness education with first responders and public schools.
